Concierge Services

Whether the reason for your pet’s visit is a wellness exam, a sick visit, or an emergency, we know you have a lot on your mind.

That is why we have a General Practice Concierge and a Client Care Coordinator on our team – to help get you settled in for your visit and on your way back home with as much ease as possible.

Here are some of the ways these team members will serve you and your pet:

• Assisting with the check in process, keeping you up-to-date on wait times (if applicable), and getting you settled in the exam room
• Helping your pet select a special snack from our custom “Treat Menu”
• Offering a little extra muscle power to bring prescription food out to your car
• Making sure prescriptions are filled and ready for curb-side pick up
• Providing guidance on pet insurance decisions, if needed
• Getting you and your pup signed up for puppy training classes
